MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT (JERSEY) CANCER INFORMATION SERVICE - HOME VISITING SCHEME

This free, confidential service, offers information, support and practical advice to people affected by cancer and to their families and carers. Prostate Cancer CD

Hamish Marett-Crosby has produced a CD entitled " Everyman's Journey" - A personal reaction to a diagnosis of prostate cancer, with the aim of raising awareness of prostate cancer. Macmillan Cancer Support (Jersey) uses the information literature produced by Macmillan Cancer Support in the UK, which includes more than 66 regularly updated information booklets relating to different types of cancer, cancer treatments, and practical aspects of living with cancer.  View List of Publications

Macmillan Cancer Support also produces a range of over 200 Fact Sheets covering subjects such as specific treatments, rare types of cancer, and coping with cancer. These publications, which are written by cancer specialists specifically for cancer patients and their families, are extensively reviewed and regularly updated in order that they represent the current concensus view of medical opinion in the UK.

Getting Information
The booklets and factsheets are available free of charge to anyone affected by cancer. If you want copies of any booklets, please call in to our Macmillan Cancer Support (Jersey) Drop-In Centre to collect the booklet you require or contact us via:
