MACMILLAN JERSEY CANCER INFORMATION NURSE SPECIALIST- Tracey Fallon

Macmillan Cancer Support (Jersey) recognises the importance of information and support for people affected by cancer. To help you make sense of the information available, explore your concerns and to consider the options available to you we have a Macmillan Jersey Cancer Information Nurse Specialist, Tracey Fallon, who can:

• explain and clarify medical terms
• provide information on different types of cancer and treatments
• suggest ways to help you cope with symptoms and side effects
• offer you emotional support
• advise on some practical issues of living with cancer
• provide information on other organisations that may be able to help you

The information and support service offered is free and confidential.

HOME VISITING SCHEME

This free, confidential service, offers information, support and practical advice to people affected by cancer and to their families and carers.
